COURSE DESCRIPTION
The CompTIA Project+ Certification Course is designed to provide learners with comprehensive knowledge and practical skills in project management, project planning, project initiation, resource management, risk management, scheduling, procurement, project execution, performance management, and project closure. The programme focuses on applying fundamental project management principles and practices to effectively plan, organise, execute, monitor, and complete projects.
