General Enrollment

For Diplomas the institute currently offers only two main intakes per year; January/February Intake and the June/July Intake. Prospective students are encouraged to register early to secure their places and complete the enrollment process on time.

For Professional Certificates there are no fixed intake dates. Prospective students should continuously check with the admissions department for the class dates.

Registration deadlines vary depending on the course being offered. You can get the registration deadline for each course via our Academic Registrar Office. Fees

Tuition fees for most Diploma programmes are generally US$450 per semester. Fees may vary depending on the specific programme or examination board requirements. Students are advised to confirm the exact fee structure for their chosen course before registration.

The standard application/registration fee is US$20, except for ICDL courses which is US$50. This fee is paid during the application and enrollment process to secure your registration with the institute. Proof of payment must be submitted to the institute together with the completed application/registration form.

Depending with the course selected, yes you can pay in installments. Lindnet Institute of Technology offers flexible payment arrangements to assist students who may not be able to pay the full amount at once. Payment plans are arranged through the Administration office and are subject to approval. Academic Requirements & Programme Duration

Applicants are generally required to have a minimum of 5 O’ Level passes for Diploma programmes. However, most Certificates and short courses at Lindnet Institute of Technology are offered on an open-entry basis and may not require O’ Levels. Certain programmes may also have additional subject requirements depending on the field of study.

Currently most Diploma programmes are completed within 1 year, while Certificate programmes typically run for 2 semesters (1 year) depending on the programme structure and examination schedule. Some short courses may take only a few weeks or months to complete. The institute provides flexible learning schedules to accommodate both full-time students and working professionals.

Yes. Lindnet Institute of Technology offers internationally recognized qualifications through reputable examination boards such as Institute of Commercial Management (ICM), ABMA Education, Cisco & ICDL. These qualifications are designed to equip students with practical skills, professional competence, and certifications that are recognized both locally and internationally

Learning Modes, Schedules & Campus Information

Yes, we do. Students can attend classes online, making it easier for those outside Harare or with busy schedules to continue their studies conveniently. Saturday classes are also available for working professionals, entrepreneurs, and students who may not be available during weekdays. The institute aims to provide flexible and accessible learning opportunities for all students.

Lesson schedules vary depending on the programme or short course being offered. For example, one class for the Diploma in Computer Science & Cyber Security Course is conducted on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Timetables are structured to provide students with convenient learning hours while ensuring adequate practical and theoretical training.

Students may visit the campus for registration, consultations, career guidance, fee inquiries, and academic support. Courses & Training Programmes

This programme covers computer systems, networking, cybersecurity principles, digital protection, internet safety, and practical IT skills required in today’s technology-driven environment. Students gain both theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience designed to prepare them for careers in information technology and cybersecurity industries.

Yes, we do. Lindnet Institute of Technology offers a Certificate in Hospitality Management as well as a Diploma in Purchasing with Logistics & Supply Chain Management. These programmes are designed to equip students with practical business, customer service, procurement, and operational management skills required in the hospitality and logistics sectors.

We currently offer a 3 week Mobile Phone Repair Short Course designed to provide practical smartphone repair and troubleshooting skills, alongside a range of Cisco and ICDL short courses in areas such as Python programming, ethical hacking, data analytics, artificial intelligence, digital safety, networking (CCNA), data protection, and digital marketing. These courses are ideal for students interested in IT, cybersecurity, networking, and digital skills development. Additional short courses may also be introduced throughout the year depending on industry demand and emerging career opportunities.

Programmes are delivered through recognised awarding bodies such as Institute of Commercial Management (UK) and ABMA Education, ensuring that qualifications meet international academic and professional standards. Local universities such as the Chinhoyi University of Technology, University of Zimbabwe, Bindura University, Midlands State University etc. accept our Diplomas as special entry.
